• Kennedy's Disease is a rare X linked recessive LMN disorder from a CAG trinucleotide repeat in the androgen receptors

• Presentation: male 30-50, peri-oral fasciculations, slowly progressive motor weakness

• Diagnosis: genetic testing

• Management: supportive MDT (Neurologist, PT, OT, SW, Genetic counselling)
