Presentation: yellow nails, respiratory disease (pleural effusion) & lymphedema
Diagnosis: clinical- rule out differentials: CHF, psoriasis, fungal nail infection (onychomycosis),
Management: investigate cause- malignancy or AI; symptomatic support
