Presentation: typical rash- beige/ fawn coloured areas become hypopigmented after sun exposure
Diagnosis: clinical
Management: clotrimazole cream or shampoo
Pityriasis Rosea is a rash of unknown cause, postulated to be caused post virus, e.g. herpes
Presentation: herald patch, followed by body 'Christmas tree' pattern rash 1-2 weeks, taking 4-6 weeks to resolve
Diagnosis: clinical
Management: self limiting disease, requiring no management.
