• Vascular Dementia is subtype of dementia caused by many small strokes and chronic hypertensive encephalopathy

• Presentation: behavioural change and memory failure, classically in step wise nature (due to each small clot)

• Diagnosis: clinical @ psychiatry memory clinic

• Managment: lifestyle, psychiatry MDT
