• Charcot Marie Tooth is a group of inherited neurological disorders of the peripheral nervous system, affecting motor and sensation

• Presentation: symptoms can start in childhood- weakness in lower limbs, pes cavus, foot drop, numbness

• Diagnosis: history, examination, nerve conduction & EMG, genetic testing

• Management: supportive MDT- PT, OT, orthotics, genetic counselling, pain team, surgery if severe deformity
