• Presentation: overflow incontinence- poor urinary stream

• Mx: 

  • • 1) Finasteride- 5 alpha reductase inhibitor

    • 2) Tamsulosin- alpha blocker

    • 3) Surgery- transurethral resection of prostate (TURP)
