• Vagina Candidiasis: 

  • White 'cottage cheese discharge'

  • Management: fluconazole 150mg PO once

Vaginal

• Management: fluconazole 150mg PO once

Skin

• Rash in diabetics and obese

• Topical clotrimazole

Mouth

• Presentation: white plaques with erythema

• In Elderly, common to have white food in dehydrated mouth

• Management

  • • Nystatin (mild)

    • Fluclonazole- plaques, suggestive extending into oesphagus

Oesphageal candidiasis

• Management: 

  • • PO fluclonazole 7-14d

    • HIV testing
