Presentation: foreign travel + febrile, hypotension, arthralgia, lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia
Management: supportive
Common in Caribbean
Uses Aedes mosquito, same as Dengue fever & Zika virus

Blood PCR
Antibodies detectable for 2 month
Diagnostic- usually clinical
Differentials: Dengue and Zika- fevers higher + arthralgia in Chikungunya
