• Presentation: haematuria two days post URTI

Management

Acute

• PO fluids if normal BP and creatinine 

• NSAIDs if pain

• ACEi if hypertensive

Long term complications: (risk of)

• CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease)

• Hypertension

• Haematuria

Renal transplant

• Risk of reoccurrence of IgA in transplanted kidney.
