• Presentation: visual hallucinations, memory loss & Parkinsonism features not responding to L-dopa

• Diagnosis: clinical

• Management: supportive

• Rivastigmine has been shown to reduce anxiety, delusions and hallucinations. 

• Donepepezil also an option

• V poor response to anti-dopamine (neuroleptics).
