Bone cancer can be primary (sarcoma, osteoma, myeloma) or metastatic (lung, colorectal, thyroid, breast)
Presentation: low impact fracture, incidental imaging finding, hypercalcaemia
Diagnosis: histology on biopsy
Management: bisphosphonates, teriparatide or radiotherapy; surgical if fracture (e.g. joint replacement)
