Where possible pathologies are grouped, e.g under coronary artery disease (each of these encompasses a number of diagnosis, i.e. STEMI, NSTEMI, unstable angina and angina etc
Hyper & hypo pages include lab findings (aren't diagnosis) but don't include observation derangement (within obs section)
Some diseases have multiple names- where possible I try and use the modern one but I have multiple links to the same pages, e.g. IgA nephropathy & Berger's
