Closed Angle
Moa: increased intraocular pressure
Presentation: 1-4hrs severe eye pain, loss of vision, halos around lights
O/E: dilated unreactive pupil, ciliary vessel hyperemia
Open angle glaucoma
Aqueous humour flows
In: from cilary body into anterior chamber
Out: trabecular meshwork into canal of Schlemm, functioning as venous sinus
Blockade of trabecular can cause open angle glaucoma
