Presentation: painless, swollen and deformed joint, XR shows fracture/ deformities
Diagnosis: clinical
Management: immobilisation in plaster cast, diabetes review
Similar names: Charcot foot.
Associated with poorly controlled diabetes with peripheral neuropathy

Investigations
XR: multiple gross fractures
