Common cause of gastroenteritis

Source: poorly cooked chicken/ eggs

Presentation: non blood diarrhoea

Management: IVF, fluorqinolones if severe

Stool culture: test of cure

Repeat stool in a week if persistent stool culture

Not to work with food till stool culture clear
