Background 

• Malformation of tricuspid valve and right ventricle

• Leads to tricuspid regurgitation, right ventricular failure and arrhythmias

• Range from serious presentation at birth or asymptomatic depending upon severity of tricuspid regurgitation

• Rare: 1/20,000 births

• Associated with Wolf Parkinson White (WPW)

• ECHO: tricuspid regurgitation +
