Absence of hypovolaemia
No current/ recent nephrotoxic drugs
Absence of parenchymal disease

Presentation: doubling of Cr > 221 within two weeks.
Management: terlipressin
HRS 2
Presentation: gradual increase in creatinine
Management: Na+ restriction & spironolactone
