Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML)
Complication of MS
Presentation: progressive confusion, memory loss & ataxia
CT-Head: patchy white hypodense white matter lesions
CD4+ count: reduced
Management
Ocrelizumab (primary progressive)
Fingolimod (active relapsing remitting)
Natalizumab: active rapidly progressing
