Renal Vein Thrombosis 

• Causes- nephrotic syndrome, loss of clotting factors

• Presentation

  • Unilateral loin pain & peripheral oedema

  • AKI

• Diagnosis: renal ultrasound

• Management

1. Thrombectomy (after discussion with IR)

2. LMWH (prophylaxis)
